30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This guarantee is designed to give you confidence in trying our courses and ensure that you have adequate time to evaluate whether the course meets your learning needs.

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, you must submit your refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The refund request must be made through our official channels as described in the "How to Request a Refund" section below. Please note that the 30-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date you first access the course materials.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

While we strive to accommodate refund requests within the 30-day window, certain conditions must be met to qualify for a refund. You are eligible for a refund if you have accessed less than 30% of the course content, have not downloaded any course materials or certificates, and are requesting the refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be granted if you have completed more than 30% of the course, have downloaded course completion certificates, are requesting a refund after the 30-day period has elapsed, have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent activity, or have previously received refunds for multiple courses, indicating a pattern of abuse of our refund policy.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these eligibility criteria or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent or abusive.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Certain purchases and circumstances are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These exceptions include promotional or discounted courses purchased during special sales events, bundled course packages where individual courses have been accessed, subscription-based services after the first 30 days of the initial subscription period, and courses that were provided free of charge or as part of a promotional offer.

Additionally, if you have received a refund for a course, you will lose all access to that course and its materials immediately upon processing of the refund. You may not re-enroll in the same course at a discounted rate after receiving a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team using one of the following methods. You can send an email to response@guaranteedartist.world with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number, the name of the course, the reason for your refund request, and your account email address. When submitting a refund request, please provide as much detail as possible about why the course did not meet your expectations. This feedback helps us improve our courses and better serve our students. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. If you paid through a third-party payment processor, the refund will be processed through that same payment method. In some cases, if the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund through an alternative method, which will be communicated to you by our customer support team.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact your financial institution first, as there may be processing delays on their end. If you still have not received your refund after contacting your financial institution, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Course Cancellations by Guaranteedartist

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a course due to unforeseen events, insufficient enrollment, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a course that you have enrolled in, you will receive a full refund of the course fee, regardless of how much content you have accessed.

We will notify you of any course cancellations as soon as possible via the email address associated with your account. In addition to a refund, we may offer you the option to transfer your enrollment to a similar course or receive a credit toward a future course purchase.

Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription-based service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds for subscription services are only available within the first 30 days of your initial subscription period. After the first 30 days, you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

When you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access will be terminated, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Partial refunds may be considered if you have accessed a significant portion of the course but experienced technical issues that prevented you from completing it, if there were errors or omissions in the course content that significantly impacted your learning experience, or if other extenuating circumstances warrant a partial refund.

Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will take into account the amount of content accessed, the nature of the issue, and other relevant factors. Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Guaranteedartist.

Technical Issues and Course Access Problems

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course or encounter errors in the course materials, please contact our technical support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve any technical issues and ensure that you can access your course content.

Technical issues alone do not automatically qualify you for a refund. We will first attempt to resolve the issue and provide you with full access to the course. If we are unable to resolve the technical problem within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer you a refund or credit toward another course.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We are committed to resolving all customer concerns fairly and promptly. Please provide detailed information about your situation, including any previous correspondence with our customer support team.

In the event that we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Use, including binding arbitration if necessary.
